How BellaMar works and how customer information is handled.
Booking & Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmed directly by BellaMar Cleaning Services. Monday through Friday hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday appointments require advance scheduling.
Home Access & Client Preparation
Clients are responsible for providing safe, authorized access at the agreed time. Please secure valuables, sensitive documents, medications, weapons, and items that should not be moved or cleaned. Share special instructions before service begins.
Quotes, Pricing & Extra Tasks
Website prices and calculator totals are estimates unless BellaMar confirms them directly. Final pricing may depend on size, condition, time required, travel distance, frequency, and requested add-ons.
Changes & Cancellations
Please provide as much notice as possible for rescheduling or cancellation. Any cancellation fee, if applicable, should be confirmed with the client before booking.
Safety & Service Limitations
BellaMar may decline unsafe tasks, specialized hazardous-material handling, unsafe heights, or work outside normal residential cleaning. Please disclose aggressive pets, infestations, or unusual hazards in advance.
Privacy & Customer Information
